This is a China Town Sydney Chinese place that specializes in hot chinese food.
It's value-priced. They make a decent dumpling (I had pork and prawn steamed). I also had the Spicy shrimp with peanuts and mushrooms. That was fine too.
This place won't change your life, but it won't change you for the worse. -

Really really bad service. The manager is extremely rude and they get the orders wrong. Food is average and they have no time for the customers. Absolutely awful. One of the worst places I have ever eaten. Avoid this place at all costs.

Little Chilli House is on the Dixon St pedestrian street mall. The food is average, but affordable. Our meals ranged between $10.80-$12.80. Although they also charged us for drinks, which we weren't expecting. We only had plain tap water and tea that was brought to our table without request, that we assumed was complementary.
The staff was good at helping out the vegetarian dinners and allowed substitutions of vegetable dumplings in the hot & sour soup instead of meat and simply left the meat out of another noodle dish. The hot & sour soup was unlike others I'd experienced previously - it was very thick and my friend described it as 'gravy.' Warm on a rainy day, but wouldn't order it again unless I was experiencing a serious gravy craving. -

Value priced, decent tasting, returned a couple times because it was convenient location. Cleanliness is not its strong point. Chipped tea cups and setting left out get touched by passerbyers, food tasted good but it's unappetizing when the guy working here coughs and hacks up phlegm in the back area... So gross to hear... Gave it a couple stars because the flavor is still good on dumplings.

I've eaten in some godawful Chinese restaurants in my time, but this place is the worst I've experienced.
The first two orders came without the ordered tea or rice, and to top it off there were no chopsticks or serving spoons.
The chopsticks, came after we asked for them, but they gave us 2 serviettes for 5 people. The rice and tea didn't come until we asked for it twice more. We shouldn't have asked for the rice, because when we received it, large parts of it were brown and hard.
The dishes were edible but were full of MSG. One the dumpling dished came out raw, with the skin visibly uncooked - they probably put it in the steamer to just heat it.
With the addition of non existent service, it rates a big fat 0 (Yelp should modify reviews to allow zero score)
